How to Register
Payment must be completed before submitting the registration form.
Mandatory attachment (all registrations): At the end of the registration form, you must upload proof of payment (bank payment order / deposit receipt / transfer confirmation) as a file. This document is required for the Secretariat to verify payment. Registrations submitted without an uploaded proof of payment will not be accepted.
After submission, you will receive an email acknowledgement.
- Bank transfer: Complete the transfer before filling in the form. In the transfer description, write the registrant’s full name followed by “ISFEV” (e.g., “Full Name ISFEV”). Then upload the bank payment order / transfer confirmation / deposit receipt at the end of the form.

Guidelines
- Applicants must indicate their ISFEV number of which they are a member so that their membership can be verified.
- Applicants must be full-time students * at the time of the conference and will need to send a proof of student status letter from their university department. Please email it to the Conference Secretariat. Post doctorate students are not eligible for this rate.
- Each poster presenter should have at least one registration. Every registration could cover up to two posters/presentations.
Note:
Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or standard), otherwise the subsequent rate will automatically apply.
Registrations without an uploaded proof of payment will not be accepted. For bank transfers, the transfer description must include the registrant’s full name followed by “ISFEV.”

Your registration will only be confirmed once full payment is received. Payment must be in Euros.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations.
Group Registration
Group registration is available to groups of 10 or more delegates. Contact the ISFEV26 Secretariat to make group bookings.
Name Change (for groups only)
If you are unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. A handling fee of 40 EUR will be charged for each name change.
