Abstract Details
- Title in bold (Arial, 12 point font size, justified, and bold)
- Author(s)’s given name and surname (Arial, 10-point font size, and justified)
- The presenting author’s name must be underlined. e.g. Apostolos Vantarakis1, Zoi Anastopoulou2
- 1Institution (Arial, 10-point font size, justified)
- Superscript numbers have to be used to reference the institutions. e.g. 1The University of Patras, 2Athens University
- Abstract text starts here (Arial, 10-point font size, and justified)
- The abstract must not exceed 500 words, one figure, and one table.
- The abstract should consist of the following sections with headings in bold: Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.

- The deadline abstract submission is July 5th, 2026.
Oral Presentations
- Technical Requirements:All presentations must be in Microsoft PowerPoint format (.ppt or .pptx). 16:9 format. Presenters on stage will not have access to notes or preview in PowerPoint.
- Presentation Timing: 10-minute time slots for oral presentations, to allow for 8 minutes presentation and 2 mins for Q&A.
- Uploading Your Presentation:Presenters must upload their PowerPoint at least 4 hours before the start of their session.
Poster Presentations
- Poster size:The maximum poster size is A0. Please ensure that the poster content is in portrait orientation (i.e. vertically)
- Poster material: The poster must be in electronic posters.
- Language: The poster should be written in English.
- Presenting your poster:The posters will be on display throughout the whole conference. Two designated poster sessions will be held, during which authors should be available for questions. Authors will be assigned one session when they should be present by their posters.
