The International Society for Food and Environmental Virology (ISFEV) has concentrated on the study of viruses in the context of food safety and environmental health. ISFEV has explored viruses that can impact food safety, including those that affect plants, animals, or contaminate food products directly, and those in the environment, such as water, soil, and air.

Here we would like to invite you to the 9^th ISFEV Conference,  from September 6 till 10, 2026 held in Athens, Greece, which will bring together experts, researchers, and professionals working in the field of food and environmental virology. We believe this event facilitates collaboration between researchers, institutions, and industries involved in this important field. We are really looking forward to seeing you all very soon.
